1. Who We Are

CNC Point Tools (tools.cncpoint.co.in) is a manufacturing utility platform operated by CNC Point (cncpoint.co.in). We generate CNC-ready depth maps, bas-reliefs, lithophanes, and carving assets for makers, woodworkers, and manufacturing professionals.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data Name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Uploaded images Photos you upload for depth-map or bas-relief generation. These are processed server-side and stored temporarily on Amazon S3.
• Payment data Credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details; Razorpay handles all payment data under their PCI-DSS compliance.
• Usage data Generation logs, credit balance, and anonymous usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and maintain your credit balance.
• To process and return your generated CNC asset files.
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmation, credit top-up) if applicable.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised credit usage.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Generated output files (depth maps, STL files) are stored on Amazon S3 (Sydney region, ap-southeast-2) and are retained for 30 days after generation. Account data is stored in Google Firestore. Uploaded source images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

5. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay Payment processing
• Google Cloud Run Backend computation

6. Cookies

We use Firebase authentication cookies to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@cncpoint.co.in.
