Summary: One-time credits never expire and are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew monthly cancel anytime to stop future charges; partial months and unused monthly credits are not refunded. Failed generations are always refunded automatically.
CNC Point Tools sells (a) one-time processing credits and (b) monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio). Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features and paid downloads (relief generation, STL export, depth-map download). One-time credits are purchased via Razorpay and never expire. Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance plus discounted downloads and renew automatically each month.
Because purchased credits never expire and retain their full value indefinitely, all one-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable. You will never lose credits due to time limits or account inactivity.
Subscription plans are billed monthly via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or for unused monthly credits. If you are charged after cancelling, or due to a billing error on our side, contact us and we will investigate and refund the erroneous charge.
If a generation task fails due to a server error on our side and credits were deducted from your account, those credits are restored automatically. If the automatic restore does not occur within 24 hours, contact us and we will manually restore them.
