CNC Point Tools (tools.cncpoint.co.in) is the AI maker-tools platform operated by CNC Point (cncpoint.co.in). It provides AI-powered services to generate CNC-ready depth maps, bas-reliefs, and 3D STL models for manufacturing and woodworking workflows. By using this platform you agree to these terms.
Access to AI generation and paid downloads requires processing credits, purchased via Razorpay (UPI, cards, or wallets). You can pay in two ways:
Credits are consumed per action as shown on the platform (for example: generating a relief, or unlocking an STL / depth-map download). For subscribers, monthly subscription credits are used first, then purchased credits. Free daily credits may be provided to guest users at our discretion.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly included credits are granted each billing cycle and may not carry over.
You retain ownership of images you upload. CNC Point retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and tooling. Generated output files belong to you, subject to acceptable use.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation relies on external compute and infrastructure that may occasionally experience downtime or delays. Credits are not consumed if a generation fails server-side.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund policy is available at tools.cncpoint.co.in/refund. For payment disputes, contact support@cncpoint.co.in.
CNC Point is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform. Our total liability is limited to the value of credits in your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
